Malco N1R Snap Lock Punch – One-Hand Operation, Ergonomic RedLine Handles, Compound Leverage, 3/8" Edge Impression

Specialized for folding and fabricating metal, including metal ductwork. The N2R Hand Notcher creates a 1-inch (25.4 mm) deep "V"-shaped corner notch in 24-gauge (0.71 mm) galvanized or (0.61 mm) mild steel.  A rust-resistant, nickel and black oxide finish protects the durable steel upper jaw and precisely-made steel components.

With the N1R Hand Notcher, you can cleanly cut a 30° “V” shape into 24-gauge (0.71 mm) galvanized steel.  The throat's maximum depth measures 13/16 inch (20.6 mm).  High-impact alloy steel makes up the drop-forged upper cutting jaw. To avoid slippage, the cutting jaw uses a hook design that accurately notches corners or tabs to the required depth. Rust-resistant nickel plating and black oxide finishes protect the durable cutting jaw and hardened stamped steel components.
